Your access/membership privilege to OzAutoSurfer.Com is subject to this Membership Agreement, the OzAutoSurfer Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, FAQ, notices, disclaimers and any other rules of use and or conduct contained on this web site. Your use of, and/or access to and/or activation of an OzAutoSurfer Advertiser membership constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.

All prices for any purchase(s) on this site are in US dollar value, user cash is also in US currency.

USER TERMS

You must use your REAL name when signing up for our service, failure to use your REAL name will VOID any money you earn. Your name is never shown to the public, only your OzAutoSurfer Advertiser User ID, which is visible on the end of your referral url

You may only promote OzAutoSurfer.Com using approved methods. Unsolicited email, inappropriate newsgroup posts, or ANY form of spam is NOT ACCEPTABLE and will result in immediate termination. People using opt-in newsletter, FFA, and other forms of accepted email marketing are more than welcome to do so, as long as you follow their rules and terms (most free submitters allow each ad to be posted once a month, this varies with each submission service) You understand that if You are accused of "SPAMMING" and an OzAutoSurfer.Com investigation finds you at fault, that you will be subject to immediate, and permanent removal from OzAutoSurfer.Com. You also understand that you will be held solely responsible for any damages, including but not limited to, financial damages, and server down time that OzAutoSurfer.Com incurs due to your spamming. You also understand that OzAutoSurfer will up hold this right and pursue damages to the full extent allowed by the law. DO NOT SPAM!

Only one account per individual, company, or other organization is allowed.
