| What are the referral earnings? | Free members earn from 3 levels of referral surfing credits (25%,10%,5%) and Pro members earn 6 levels (30%,15%,10%,5%,5%,2%).
Free members earn from 1 level (5%) of paid email and Paid To Click cash earnings and Pro members earn from 3 levels (10%,5%,3%).
You also earn commission earnings from your referrals (1 level - 10%) - (2 levels - 30% and 10% for Pro members).

| My site status still says waiting! | YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR ADMIN TO APPROVE YOUR SITE
As soon as you login to your OzAutoSurfer control panel, there will be a list of your entered sites at the bottom of the screen. If any of your sites are waiting to be approved, you will see 'Click Here to Confirm Your Site'. Click the related link and wait the required time to add your site.

| My sites are not receiving any hits, what's wrong? | 100% of your earned credits are added to your account and are not distributed to your sites, you must assign credits to your sites through the 'Assign Credits' link in your OzAutoSurfer control panel. You can also set an auto-assign of your non-trading credits for each site through the 'Assign Credits' link, 0%, 100% it's up to you!

| What are Trading Credits? | Trading Credits are credits that you can either sell on the OzAutoSurfer Trading Board or convert them to normal site/account credits. 1 Trading Credit is worth 2.5 account/site credits when converted.

| How do I earn Trading Credits? | Trading Credits are earned when you surf and view other sites.
Free Members
Start Surf: 20% of surfed credits are Trading Credits (or 0.2 of the 1 credit earned)
Login Surf: 20% of surfed credits are Trading Credits
Auto Surf: 5% of surfed credits are Trading Credits
Pro Members
Start Surf: 75% of surfed credits are Trading Credits
Login 1:2 Surf: 75% of surfed credits are Trading Credits
Auto Surf: 20% of surfed credits are Trading Credits

| Can I Auto-Surf and Start-Surf or Login 1:1 Surf all at the same time? | No, you must have only one surf bar open at one time. The auto-surf has a SQL session saved so you cannot use any other OzAutoSurfer bar unless you log yourself out of the AutoSurf session. If you are not logged out automatically when you leave the auto-surfer and continue to the login 1:1 surfing or start surfing the surf bar will inform you that you have an auto session open and provide a link to stop the auto session and another link to continue surfing. Just click one of the first link to log out (link opens in a new window and will close automatically when you are logged out) and then click the continue link or refresh your screen to continue surfing.

| I have not received the signup email! | If you do not receive the signup email within 1 day your email service is most likely not accepting mail from us (the signup email should be sent immediately to your email address). You will need to use another email address to signup with OzAutoSurfer.

| What are banner impressions or text link impressions? | Banner impressions accumulated or converted in your account can be used to show banners throughout the OzAutoSurfer site. The banner is located on the top of each OzAutoSurfer page and also in our surf bars.
Text link impressions are much the same as banner impressions, although are related to the text link shown in the footer of each OzAutoSurfer page and the footer of the surf bars.

| How do I convert banner or text link impressions? | To convert banner impressions and manage your banners, go to the "My Banners" link in your OzAutoSurfer member account. Once you have added at least one banner to the database you can then assign unused credits and impressions in your account to your banner(s).
Text links can be managed through the "My Text Links" link in your OzAutoSurfer member account. Once you have added at least one link to the database you can then assign unused credits and impressions in your account to your text link(s).
