- Each Site contains
a maximum of 1 Pop-Up or Pop-under or exit ad (only ONE of these not one
of EACH)
- PTP pages are strictly not allowed.
- HYIP programs are not allowed.
- No JavaScript message prompts or Dialog windows that stop the surf-bar
- Sites who use hidden frames to auto search or hide PTP pages are not allowed.
- All sites must be
in english language

INCLUDING OR LINKING TO: WAREZ/HACKING/CRACKING SITES, PORNOGRAPHY/XXX,
HATRED SITES, OFFENSIVE MATERIAL, VIRUSES AND MALICIOUS JAVASCRIPT OR CODE
ARE NOT ALLOWED - YOU WILL BE TERMINATED INSTANTLY FOR BREAKING THESE RULES
- ABSOLUTELY NO
FRAME BREAKERS - ADDING DELIBRATE FRAME BREAKING CONTENT CAN RESULT IN
INSTANT TERMINATION AND ALL CREDITS/MONEY/REFERRALS WILL BE LOST
- Your site(s)
must not contain any derogatory/inflammatory/defamatory statements/phrases/content.

at its sole discretion, can remove target URL's that are inappropriate.
Of course, we will never do this without just cause. Inappropriate URL's
are those that call up multiple pop up windows, malicious or annoying
javascript or code, viruses, offensive material, adult content, frame
breaking content, inflammatory or defamatory content, or other inappropriate
content stated herein.
USER TERMS
You cannot convert
your cash or buy credits with your $2 signup bonus, due to abuse you must
earn $2.20 (the $2 signup bonus PLUS 20 cents earned yourself) before
you can convert your cash or buy credits. If you reach $2.20 and convert
or buy credits on the trading board you can apply to have your conversion
minimum lowered so you can convert or buy any-time. Pro-Members have this
conversion rate lowered instantly upon upgrade and remains for the lifetime
of that membership ID only! You can transfer funds from e-gold, stormpay
and paypal (credit card) to your OzAutoSurfer account and also have your
conversion minimum lowered instantly upon payment verification. ANYONE
CAUGHT CHEATING WILL LOSE THEIR EARNINGS AND BE REMOVED INSTANTLY!
You must use
your REAL name when signing up for our service, this CANNOT be changed
EVER unless you have legally done so (proof will be required), failure
to use your REAL name will VOID any money you earn. Your name is never
shown to the public, only your OzAutoSurfer User ID Number (this is a
number i.e. 907) is visible on the end of your referral url (i.e. http://www.ozautosurfer.com/?ref=907)
Honesty is the
best policy, anyone caught cheating will be INSTANTLY REMOVED. Hacking,
Spoofing, and/or Cheating the system or other members/users IN ANY FORM
will result in immediate removal and possible legal action. Your IP is
logged (for this reason and this reason only - if you are an honest user,
you have nothing to worry about) PRIVACY

You may only
promote OzAutoSurfer.Com using approved methods. Unsolicited email, inappropriate
newsgroup posts, or ANY form of spam is NOT ACCEPTABLE and will result
in immediate termination. People using opt-in newsletter, FFA, and other
forms of accepted email marketing are more than welcome to do so, as long
as you follow their rules and terms (most free submitters allow each ad
to be posted once a month, this varies with each submission service) You
understand that if You are accused of "SPAMMING" and an OzAutoSurfer.Com
investigation finds you at fault, that you will be subject to immediate,
and permanent removal from OzAutoSurfer.Com. You also understand that
you will be held solely responsible for any damages, including but not
limited to, financial damages, and server down time that OzAutoSurfer.Com
incurs due to your spamming. You also understand that OzAutoSurfer will
up hold this right and pursue damages to the full extent allowed by the
law. DO NOT SPAM!
NO MORE THAN
ONE OzAutoSurfer Window at one time. If your account is found to be earning
credits beyond the credit earnings of your account type, you may be deleted
without notice/warning. You can view your stats and have a surf window
open.
If you promote your
OzAutoSurfer Start-Page on other exchanges or ANY-WHERE ELSE, you will
be instantly deleted (YOU AND ONLY YOU, ARE ALLOWED TO USE YOUR START-PAGE
URL). We will never remove the Non-Login Start-Surf, only permanently
delete those caught promoting their Start-Surf URL. Our priority is to
effectively promote your business(es) to actual viewing customers if you
desire (you choose your site allocation, therefore you must understand
Auto-Surfers MAY NOT see your site when a credit is deducted for the view
of your site).
OzAutoSurfer.Com takes
no responsibility for your sites load time, server problems, etc.. etc...
If your site is selected from the database and the server cannot load
the page within the specific surf timer limit a credit is still deducted
from this site, even if your site counter and/or ad tracker couldn't respond
in time and acknowledge the view. This is your responsibility to ensure
your sites are in viewable order, you are provided with a site "On
Hold" function for such circumstances.
Only one account
per individual, company, or other organization is allowed. I will allow
3 different people from the same household to register accounts,
although only one user at one time per IP address can earn credits. Abuse
of this will result in all related accounts being removed from the system
and all referral downline and credits, either earned or purchased, will
be lost and distributed amongst your remaining downline (if none are present
your closest upline will receive the credits).
We will never
sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other
identifying information that you give us with any third party. By signing
up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from
our company (please review the PRIVACY POLICY).
If you pay for account upgrades, extra credits, banner advertising or
anything else, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely
over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of leading
credit card processors (PayPal
and E-Gold
StormPay will be added soon)
A Valid email
address is required to use the OzAutoSurfer site. It is also important
to keep your email address current because that is how we will notify
you of special offers and possible changes of these Terms of Service or
our PRIVACY POLICY. Invalid
email addresses will result in account removal and loss of your referral
downline and all credits, whether earned or purchased
Important:
Any FREE accounts that are inactive for 180 days or more will be automatically
removed (Pro members will not be removed). Any credits or referrals will
be lost!
We reserve the
right to terminate or alter any promotions/specials/sales at any time
and do not refund on any purchase(s)
- We will always honor our word, if your purchase is before that special/deal
expires you still receive what you intentionally paid for.
OzAutoSurfer is NOT a paid to invest/HYIP/MLM program. We do not pay you for recruiting new members and upgrading your account is not by any means a return on investment scheme. If you upgrade, you are paying for OzAutoSurfer Pro Advertiser status on our site for the purchased period. We do not guarantee any return on investment, this is up to your own advertising mediums that you promote on our site. Our trading credit system is dependant on advertising credit sales and credit prices may vary as members' themselves set the price. All funds paid to members are obtained from advertisers/marketers whom pay for advertising on our site.
